Change and to Change

For the design style of Bauhaus, I prefer to use the term “colorful machine” to describe it. This style started at a time during the war, architects found they need to combine traditional architecture design style with machines. So they finally formed a new architecture style. This is a style that the society forced them to do so, it’s an outcome of the masses. They design buildings with few traditional color elements and structures, but the some sections of facades, also structures were built with new machine element. The change, as a combination of tradition and industry, finally formed the Bauhaus style as a “modern architecture style”. However, it is at the opposite side of style comparing to Le Corbusier though. I think Mr. Corbusier prefer to make something others will appreciate, instead of adapting what the masses like. His idea is more like idealism. His city plan and the Villa Savoye is very attractive and delicate. It is hard to be made in real world some how at that time, but it still did change the style of architecture in those years. Both these styles are very brilliant and did change the world, but in my opinion they are huge difference between them.
